PROGRAM MANAGER (entry-level) - This role entails working directly with customers and our production-critical supply chain to bring new custom products to market, while meeting targeted budgetary, delivery and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and engineering-minded self-starter, with strong communication and organizational skills, patience, and a willingness to learn on the job while working in a team environment. Previous project management or manufacturing experience is not required.

QUALITY INSPECTOR - Required skills include use of basic inspection gauges and techniques, ability to read & understand blueprints, knowledge of SPC, GD&T and spreadsheets/reports to perform a variety of inspection tasks.

LEAD MOLDMAKER - Prior experience with tolerance-critical micro-tooling is a must. Must have the ability to set up work directly from 3D data and inspect work pieces to 3D data. Knowledge of NX software is a definite plus. Self-starter, with good math skills, who can work independently and communicate well with others.

APPRENTICE MOLD MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN - Self-starter who can work independently and communicate well with others. Knowledge of plastic injection molds and the ability to operate shop equipment including vertical mills and surface grinders a plus.

INJECTION MOLDING TECHNICIAN TRAINEE - This position is on 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am) with a temporary 3-6 month training period on 1st shift (7:45am - 4:15pm) and requires the ability to train and learn new skills.  Successful training will lead to responsibilities including: signing out and mixing materials, staging supplies, giving operators breaks, performing routine equipment maintenance, working with all departments to ensure products meet customer specifications, and further training towards mold set-ups and troubleshooting.  Basic Word and Excel skills are required.

INJECTION MOLDING PRESS OPERATORS - All Shifts - Responsibilities include molding press operation (standing position), visual inspection of parts, de-gating/trimming and assembly tasks. Matrix is a 3-shift operation. To be considered for this position, please specify the shift(s) you are applying for when submitting your application: 1st shift (7:45am-4:00pm), 2nd shift (3:45pm-12:00am), 3rd shift (11:45pm-8:00am.)
